===== RHENIUM =====

The environment variable **RHENIUM** is used to specify where the primary configuration file //RHENIUM.CFG// is located. Allowing you to run multiple nodes, see [[multinode|multinode]].

===== TASK =====

The environment variable **TASK** is used to specify which record to read in the //RHENIUM.CFG// file. Unlike other products, Rhenium using a stream based configuration file, where each node/task has its own region within the configuration file.

===== TZUTC =====

The environment variable **TZUTC** determines your geographical time zone's offset to UTC (GMT) time. A positive TZUTC setting indicates a location east of UTC 0000, while a negative setting indicates a location west of UTC 0000. The format is:

   SET TZUTC=[+|-]hhmm

The plus sign is optional and implied unless the minus sign is specified.
